No animals allowed. $500 Fee per unauthorized animal. All vehicles must be parked within the property gate. No parties or events; all individuals in house must be registered guests. No 4-wheelers/ATVs, side-by-sides/SXSs are to be operated on property or road. Offroad vehicles may be stored on property, but must be transported to location where they will be used. No fireworks. No shooting of firearms of any kind on property. Firing range available nearby (Sheldon Point Shooting Range).
